Ministry Defined:
We are committed to win the lost, make disciples, and destroy the works of the devil in Lira, Uganda and any place else God opens up opportunities. We will be on purpose to create long term relationships that will equip pastors and church leaders to reach their communities and countries for Jesus Christ, to start sponsorship ministries for parent employment, children education, village schools, and fresh water wells.
“2011” In Review:
We went on 2 mission trips to Lira, Uganda. The first team of 3went in February to establish a relationship with Leaders of Bridge of Hope Church, become familiar with the people, their Life, their struggles, their joys, and how God wants us to join
Together with them in advancing God’s Kingdom there. The 2nd team of 13 went in June to introduce P-12 Discipleship to 20 churches and to leave them P-12 curriculum to teach to their leaders and congregations, to encourage, teach, and love on the women, men, and children at Bridge of Hope Church, to meet and develop relationships with the city officials, to establish a consistent place of worship for Bridge of Hope Church, to continue to become familiar with the village people and surrounding communities, and how to reach out to them in Jesus’ Name.
“2012” In Vision:
To build on what has already been accomplished in building long term relationships and equipping and encouraging the leaders to be on purpose to win the lost, make disciples, and destroy the works of the devil there at Bridge of Hope Church. To follow up with the 20 churches that went through the encounter weekend. To begin the process of sponsorship programs for parents, children, wells, and village schools that are connected with Bridge of Hope Church. To plan for a return mission trip to Lira With a medical emphasis, possibly in late summer to fall. To raise awareness in America the need to be engaged and on purpose in foreign missions either by going or giving. Mentor future leaders.
